DIY - EASY TO MAKE COFFEE SCRUB

I am a big lover of DIY beauty, part of me loves to know that natural ingredients are the way forward.
I am so much more educated on what products are good for you and what isn't.
Making your own Beauty products is such an affordable & effective way to make your skin look and feel great without paying the big bucks.

RECIPE (Modify amounts of ingredients if needed)

4 full tablespoons of Coffee Granules
4 full tablespoons of Granulated Sugar/Brown Sugar (If you want to use this on your face, use brown sugar as it is much softer on your skin)
3 tablespoons Almond Oil

Facts about the ingredients: NATURE IS BEAUTIFUL.

COFFEE
Treats Cellulite
Exfoliates Skin
Removes dead skin cells
Treats redness & inflammation

SUGAR
Exfoliates skin
Contains Glycolic Acid which encourages fresh cells to form

ALMOND OIL
Rich in Vit A,B & E
Moisturiser

Removes dead skin cells

Its as easy as that - give it all a mix.

Grab some of the scrub and rub it on all of the areas you want to exfoliate. The Coffee makes this scrub smell so amazingly good and the Almond oil keeps your skin feeling super soft. From now on, I will share more natural remedies and beauty products on here. I'm becoming super into the natural way of life so stay tuned :-)
